Upcoming MBSR class

A new Thursday evening section is starting Thursday May 12 to June 30th (with all day session on Saturday June 18th). To secure a spot in the program, please fill the form below. For more info, you can also call 604-771-0579.
Participation in this MBSR program involves meeting for two and a half hours once a week, plus a one all-day session (on the weekend). The total hours of class time are 27.50. See - detailed scheduled below.
In addition, all MBSR participants are required to attend a one and a half hour info/orientation session (free and open to all). If you have missed the info session please contact me by e-mail (info@drkasimalmashat.com) to make an arrangement for a FREE telephone orientation.
A safe environment will be created to systematically explore the use of mindfulness to deal with pain, illness, and the demands of daily life. This will include guided instructions, short lectures, and space for group sharing and questions.
The program requires a commitment to attend the sessions and engage in the daily practices given.

I am a Registered Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of BC. Some Extended Health plans cover Psychologist Services. Otherwise, non-reimbursed Psychologist fees are tax deductible according to Canada Revenue Agency.
Payment method:
INTERAC e-Transfer (preferred), cheque, money order, or cash.

Payment Options:
A minimum of $50 is due upon the completion of the form below. You can then pay the remaining balance by May 12th. Or, you can just make one payment of $450 upon the completion of the form.
You can also contact me if you need to make a special payment arrangement.
Refund policy:
Refunds for the Spring/Summer MBSR program are provided for cancellations made prior to the MBSR session #1 (i.e., before May 12th), less a $50 processing fee. After that, no refunds will be issued unfortunately. Thank you for your understanding.
