About the facilitators:

Dr. Kasim Al-Mashat is a Registered Psychologist, Hatha Yoga, Laughter Yoga, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher. He has completed a six month retreat in Southeast Asia, and presented a TEDx talk on mindfulness.

Farah Moolji Nazarali is the Founder of Drishti Point Yoga Podcasts (www.drishtipoint.ca). Farah is dedicated to promoting wisdom teachings that are inclusive and universal and believes that all paths lead us to service and love. She has been teaching yoga classes, Workshops and Retreats for over 10 years.
