You will also be able to ask questions and explore whether the eight-week MBSR program is right for you. The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) talks in February were part of BC Psychological Association's (BCPA) Psychology Month. Since its inception in 1979, MBSR has been well researched, indicating various benefits of training people to more effectively deal with stress, pain, illness and the pressures of everyday life.

(ONLINE) Laughter Yoga
Laughter yoga is a global phenomenon that was developed by a Physician in India, Dr. Madan Kataria, and it is practiced in over 100 countries. It is a group exercise where anyone can laugh for no reason, and is done through exercises that stimulate laughter in a group with eye contact and playfulness.
